As a BCBA, I approach my practice with a commitment to evidence-based principles and a deep understanding of behavior analysis. I evaluate each individual's needs and craft behavior plans and interventions that prioritize their unique strengths and challenges. Through ongoing data collection and analysis, I continuously modify and adapt strategies to ensure progress and success. I believe collaboration with families, caregivers, and service providers is central to my practice. Collaboration sets the foundation for a supportive environment for growth and progress. Through upholding high ethical standards and a passion for empowering each individual to meet their potential, I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients I serve.

My favorite experience working in the field came from one of my first clients. When I began working with this client, he displayed significant maladaptive behavior and had limited communication skills. We started from square one. However, through a highly collaborative relationship with his family, we were able to begin to see small gains. Over the three years I worked with this client and his family, I observed this student grow steadily and become a fluent communicator with his AAC. Through the emergence of functional communication, we also observed a decrease in this student's maladaptive behavior. I credit this client with my deep love and dedication to practicing ABA.

My passion for my work is rooted in the impact and transformations I witness in my clients and their families. Seeing clients I work with grow, flourish, and achieve their goals, knowing that I have played a part in their journey toward success motivates me to continue to improve myself and my practices. I am driven by the opportunity to help increase my clients' and their families' quality of life.
