I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a passion for helping children and families grow, learn, and thrive one step at a time. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have experience in both direct clinical services and leadership roles, including serving as a Regional Clinical Director. As the founder and clinical leader of Lotus Forward Behavioral Therapy, I am committed to providing individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families I serve.
My approach to ABA therapy is individualized, collaborative, and centered around each child's unique strengths and needs. I believe meaningful progress happens when therapy is engaging, functional, and incorporated into everyday experiences. I use evidence-based strategies, natural environment teaching, positive reinforcement, and caregiver collaboration to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I prioritize building trusting relationships with families while creating a supportive environment where children feel comfortable learning and growing.
Some of my favorite experiences in this field have been witnessing children achieve milestones that once seemed out of reach. Whether it's a child communicating their needs independently for the first time, developing meaningful social connections, or gaining confidence in everyday activities, those moments are incredibly rewarding. Equally meaningful is seeing the excitement and pride families experience as they recognize their child's progress. These experiences continue to remind me why I chose this profession.
I love what I do because I have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. Every child deserves to be understood, supported, and given the tools to reach their fullest potential. Being part of that journey, celebrating the small victories, and helping families feel more confident in supporting their children is what makes this work so meaningful to me. I truly believe that progress looks different for every child, and every step forward deserves to be celebrated.
Families can expect compassion, professionalism, open communication, and a genuine commitment to their child's success. I believe in working alongside caregivers as partners, ensuring they feel informed, heard, and actively involved throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where each child's individuality is respected and their progress is celebrated. My goal is not only to help children develop meaningful skills but also to empower families with strategies they can confidently use beyond therapy sessions.
